Namanya Persaingan di tempat kerja suka atau tidak suka selalu saja ada, harapannya memang kita ingin masuk ke dalam sebuah Tim yang toleran tapi duri banyak sedikit pasti ada, Temen Kerja kita ternyata seorang penjilat,tukang cari muka suka menjatuhkan kita di depan atasan,menguras emosi kita menghadapi karakter orang yang selalu mencari muka dan ingin menang sendiri,persaingan pun mulai menjadi tidak sehat ketika kita mulai saling serang/saling menjatuhkan melakukan segala cara ‘menjilat pemimpin demi mendapatperhatian lebih’ . Suasana kerja serasa neraka deh kalau terjebak situasi seperti diatas.
Si Penjilat selalu sibuk mencari kesalahan-kesalahan menjatuhkan rekan kerja yang dianggap saingan,ngoceh di depan atasan tentang kesalahan ataupun kekurangan kita. Sifatnya selalu mencoba menonjolkan diri secara terang-terangan, semua dilakukannya karena merasa lemah dan tidak memiliki kemampuan lebih dibanding kita. Kekhawatiran menjadikanya berbuat demikian untuk bisa bertahan di lingkungan kerja,sebuah kekhawatiran yang benar-benar keblinger.
Lalu bagaimana cara menghadapi situasi seperti ini??? Saya pribadi mempunyai pandangan sendiri bila ada hal tersebut, intinya seperti ini ”Jika ternyata ada pesaing yang menghalalkan segala cara dan memiliki tujuan negatif, hal pertama yang harus kita pastikan adalah tetap memiliki sudut pandang dan sikap hati yang bersih, karena dari situlah kita bisa memastikan bahwa kita tetap memegang rule persaingan yang sehat. Mungkin pihak lainnya mulai keluar dari batasan-batasan etika dari kompetisi yang sehat, tetapi kita tidak boleh ikut-ikutan.
Kita harus bisa mengubah rencana jahat dari pesaing-pesaing menjadi energi penggerak’ atau dengan kata lain, mencoba menyikapi niat jahat pesaing dengan respon positif.Dengan mengetahui bahwa ada orang yang ingin menjatuhkan kita, kita akan menjadi lebih waspada, sehingga kita pun terus terdorong untuk memaksimalkan potensi-potensi yang kita miliki. Dengan terus menjaga sikap hati dan sudut pandang agar tetap bersih,kita bisa memanfaatkan situasi tersebut untuk mengembangkan kapasitas kita , semakin kapasitas kita berkembang, membuat kita ada di atas rata-rata. Jika kita ada di atas rata-rata, siapa yang akan bersaing dengan kita? Tetapi jika kita masih rata-rata, persaingan yang ada akan menjadi sangat ketat.”
Tetap tunjukkan etika kerja dan etika bergaul dengan pemimpin dan rekan kerja secara positif. Di sisi lain, kembangkan terus kapasitas dan kemampuan kita dan tunjukkan progresifitas kerja kita. Pastikan kita terus belajar meningkatkan kualitas atau mutu kerja kita, sehingga dengan sendirinya, secara kasat mata kinerja kita tampak lebih bagus daripada para penjilat tersebut.
orang-orang ‘penjilat sebenarnya hanya memiliki kemampuan untuk melobi pemimpin mencoba menyukakan pemimpin,namun tanpa hasil kerja sama sekali. setiap peristiwa/situasi/keadaan yang terjadi dalam hidup kita. Ada orang yang ketika menghadapi situasi A menjadi patah semangat, kecewa, marah, atau tersinggung, sementara orang lainnya lagi justru menganggap situasi tersebut sebagai sesuatu yang menantang. Kemampuan untuk melihat segala sesuatu dari sudut pandang yang positif akan memacu kita untuk menjadi lebih baik dan bukan terjebak dalam gejolak emosi negatif. Kadang kala orang seperti itu bisa membuat sakit hati dan pikiran kita hanya ingin emosi terus kalau melihat wajahnya sang penjilat, tapi kalau kita mempunyai pemandangan yang jernih dan smart dalam tindakan, hal tersebut bisa bikin kita menjadi lebih kuat dan tentunya fokuslah pada pekerjaan anda.

Tapi kalau sampai masih muda Doyan duit, prestasi kerja minim dan hanya RAJIN berpantun ria kesana kemari dan senang mencari muka didepan Pimpinan, INI yang SANGAT BERBAHAYA !!! saya tidak menyinggung siapapun,tapi ini demi kebaikan kita bersama..
